About Underanchor
Underanchor is made by Jose Fernández Franco, a PhD candidate. He built it while writing his own research, to be able to show where every sentence comes from: each claim anchored to a paragraph of a PDF in his library, and a supervisor who can check it without opening every source.
The rules it follows
- No source, no claimA factual sentence carries the paragraph that backs it. If the library has none, the sentence is marked [SIN FUENTE] instead of being filled in.
- Standard LaTeXThe .tex compiles anywhere without changes; the anchors live in a separate file.
- No AI insideUnderanchor never calls an AI model. You connect your own Claude or ChatGPT through MCP, and it only reads what you ask it to.
What an anchor proves
An anchor shows where a sentence comes from, not that the source is right. Reading and judging the source is still the author's job.
