Account, plan and settings
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”The home page presents the app. Sign in (Entrar) and Start for free (Empezar gratis) both lead to a page that only has the form: sign in, or Create an account (Crear una cuenta). Use email and password (you confirm your email with a link) or Google. You must accept the Terms and be at least 16. Two things are optional: How did you hear about us? (optional) (¿Cómo nos conociste? (opcional)) and a box to get Underanchor news by email (once a month at most). Forgot your password? Use I forgot my password (He olvidado mi contraseña) on the sign-in page.
The session is remembered in this browser for 30 days after you last used it: the next time you open Underanchor you go straight to your work, with no sign-in page. Sign out (Salir) in the account menu ends it.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”Underanchor is in beta: for now the free plan has the same limits as the paid one, and they are only there to prevent abuse.

Search, the AI connector, reviewers and review mode are not limited. People who review you do not count, nor does the example project. Paid plans are not open yet. See your usage in Profile (Perfil).
Account menu (top right)
Section titled “Account menu (top right)”- Profile (Perfil) — plan and usage, Newsletter (Boletín: tick or untick the news email), your AI connectors, Your data and account.
- Settings (Configuración) — Language (Automatic, Español, English), theme (light or dark), spell checker, show “Getting started”. Language and display settings are saved in this browser.

Your data
Section titled “Your data”- Download my data (Descargar mis datos), in Profile: a zip with your projects, the original PDFs, your library, your highlights and what the account keeps to measure usage (where you came from when you signed up and on which days you used each feature, never your content).
- Delete my account (Borrar mi cuenta), in Profile: deletes your account and everything in it from the server, for good. Download your data first if you want to keep it.

Feedback
Section titled “Feedback”Something broken or missing? Click Feedback (Opinión), in the header of every screen. Every message is read.
